Return & Exchange Policy

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn/unused).

  • With original tags attached.

  • In the original packaging.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials (flammable liquids, gases, etc.)

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before initiating a return.

Exchanges

We do not exchange worn, damaged, or altered items. To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the same return eligibility requirements above.

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size, style, or product.

Note: Items that arrive defective or incorrect due to our error are eligible for replacement or refund, but not for standard exchanges.

European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
